- Please note that refunds are not applicable for Spa Sway gift cards.
- Spa Sway gift certificates hold value at all locations and can be utilized for spa treatments, products, gifts, or gratuities.
- Spa Sway gift certificates are applicable for transfer and extend credit for a comprehensive range of Spa Sway services and products.
- Spa Sway certificates cannot be reissued in the event of loss or theft.

Spa Sway Holiday Gift Card Bonus Terms & Conditions
Spa Sway’s Holiday Gift Card Bonus Promotion is valid for gift card purchases made in-spa or online during the promotional period. Purchasers will receive a Bonus Card based on qualifying purchase amounts before tax and gratuity:
- Buy $150 in gift cards, receive a $25 Bonus Card
- Buy $250 in gift cards, receive a $35 Bonus Card
- Buy $500 in gift cards, receive a $100 Bonus Card
Bonus Cards expire 90 days (3 months) from the date of issue (the date you receive the Bonus Card email).
Bonus Cards will be emailed directly to the purchaser. A separate email will be issued for each Bonus Card earned.
One (1) Bonus Card may be redeemed per guest per visit. Bonus Cards are fully transferable. You may forward the Bonus Card email to another recipient, who may redeem it at any Spa Sway location.To redeem, present a digital or printed copy of the Bonus Card at checkout at any Spa Sway location.
Bonus Cards are redeemable only for spa and med spa services.
Bonus Cards may not be used for:
- Gratuity
- Retail products
- Gift card purchases
- Tax
- Packages, memberships, or series pricing
Bonus Cards cannot be combined with any other Spa Sway promotion, discount, membership rate, package pricing, or seasonal special.
Gift Card purchases that qualify for a Bonus Card are final sale and non-refundable. Spa Sway is not responsible for lost, deleted, or forwarded Bonus Cards that cannot be verified. Spa Sway reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.
