Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Booking Policy: All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend that clients book in advance to secure their desired time.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees. For cancellations within 24 hours, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service price may apply.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for an appointment without notice, you may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
- Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds on services, gift cards, or memberships are only issued at Spa Sway’s discretion and are subject to review.
Gift Cards and Promotional Offers
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
- Promotions: Spa Sway may offer promotional discounts or other special offers. Such offers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
