When should I arrive for my appointment?
We kindly recommend that guests of Spa Sway arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time for check-in and facilitates a smoother transition into a state of relaxation before the service begins. In order to enhance your experience, we advise completing any necessary paperwork in advance of your visit. Please note that should you arrive late, this may result in a reduction of your treatment time, depending on the subsequent appointments scheduled.
What should I wear?
At Spa Sway, your comfort is our foremost priority. We kindly recommend you wear comfortable clothing during your visit. We also request that you leave your jewelry at home, as it is customary to remove it during your appointment for safety and convenience. For guests receiving multiple services, our providers will offer you a cozy robe and slippers to enhance your visit.
How much should I tip?
Gratuity is not included in our service prices, and tips are always optional. If you’d like to express appreciation for exceptional service, we suggest a customary gratuity between 20% and 25%.
Can I use my cell phone inside the spa?
To maintain the relaxing environment our guests expect, we kindly request that all mobile phones and electronic devices be silenced upon arrival. This ensures that every guest can fully enjoy their treatments without interruption and allows us to preserve the tranquil atmosphere that defines the spa experience.
What if my provider isn’t the right fit?
Please notify our front desk team if you feel that your provider is not adequately addressing your needs. We will happily assist you in selecting a new provider to ensure your experience is tailored to your comfort and satisfaction.
Medical & Health Conditions
On your first initial visit, our providers collect essential information by having you complete an intake form that details your medical history. It is important to inform your provider if you are pregnant or if you have any medical conditions such as muscle or joint injuries, cardiovascular concerns, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, fever, or any contagious skin conditions. Additionally, please disclose any prescribed medications you are currently taking or if you have recently undergone laser treatments or cosmetic procedures. This information is vital as it may impact your treatment options, allowing us to customize your experience safely and effectively.
DAY SPA BASICS
Do I have to get completely undressed for a massage or facial?
Many guests choose to undress fully, while others prefer to leave on undergarments — please feel free to choose whatever option makes you feel most at ease. Throughout your session, you will be discreetly and professionally draped with soft linens, ensuring that only the area being treated is exposed.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour notice to avoid any cancellation fees and to enable other guests to schedule. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
Will I get charged if I miss an appointment?
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know in advance to avoid any fees. We reserve time specifically for your service and provider so missed appointments without proper notice will be charged the full service amount to the card on file. This policy ensures that our team is fairly compensated for their time and preparation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will incur a 100% of the total service cost.
What are Spa Sway’s hours of operation?
Both Spa Sway Domain and Westlake locations are open daily from 9AM to 9PM Monday through Sunday. Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter.
Pricing Policy
At Spa Sway, our service pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Occasionally, updates to our pricing may occur before they are reflected on our website or printed materials. We recommend confirming the current rate for your service with our front desk team at the time of booking. For our membership programs, any changes to pricing will be communicated to members with at least 30 days' advance notice.
Age Restrictions
At Spa Sway we offer a range of services with specific age requirements to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests:
- Guests under the age of 14 are not eligible to receive any services.
- Guests aged 14 to 17 may enjoy massage and facial services.
Females are booked with female providers, and males are booked with male providers. Young guests must be accompanied by an adult and must sign a written consent form.
The minimum age for all cosmetic injectables and laser treatments is 18.
Reservations & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your appointment at Spa Sway, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise, Spa Sway requests that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or instances of no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. As we dedicate specific time for your service and provider, appointments missed without appropriate notice will be billed in full to the credit card on file. This policy ensures that our staff is adequately compensated for their time and preparation.
Appointment Reminders
To assist clients in managing their schedules, Spa Sway will dispatch several reminders prior to your appointment. Clients will receive a confirmation at the time of booking, a reminder 48 hours in advance, and a final reminder 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
Group Appointments
For groups of three or more, we require at least one week's notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
Spa Sway gladly accepts cash, Apple Pay, all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For Injectable and Laser services, we offer flexible financing options (here). Spa Sway gift cards can be redeemed towards all treatments, services, and retail. Simply present your gift card at checkout.

Which services can I use my gift card towards?
Spa Sway gift certificates may be redeemed for any of our treatments, services, or products available in our retail area. To utilize your gift card, please present it during the checkout process or provide us with your online E-gift card details.

**The Fine Print: Spa Sway gift cards never expire and can be used at any Spa Sway location for any service, product, or gratuity. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. However, we are happy to transfer balances and apply credit toward other services or retail items.

Absolutely! Your Spa Sway gift certificate can be redeemed at our Domain or Westlake spa locations.
If I don't use the full value of my gift card, will I have a balance remaining?
Yes! Any remaining balance on your account will be carried over for your convenience. You can use your balance for future spa services, such as massages or facials, as well as for retail purchases, including skincare products and wellness items.
Can I Use My Spa Sway Gift Card Towards Gratuity?
Yes! Spa Sway gift cards can be applied towards gratuity, which is separate from the treatment price for our services. While tipping is optional, your appreciation for our therapists is genuinely valued.
Can I Give My Gift Card To Someone Else?
Yes! We're happy to transfer your Spa Sway gift card for you. Simply call or email us with the full name and contact details of the person you want to transfer it to, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I create an online booking account with Spa Sway?

What information do I need to create a new account?
To successfully complete your spa profile, please provide us with the following information: your first and last name, your phone number, and email address. Additionally, we need your birthday for age verification, your credit card details to facilitate secure transactions, and your billing address to ensure accurate delivery and correspondence.
I’m having issues booking my service online. What should I do?

What if I can’t find a specific service that I want to book on-line?

What if I want to reserve multiple services?
To reserve multiple services or schedule consecutive appointments on the same day, please follow these steps for a seamless experience.
First, choose your initial service along with the provider you would like to see. Once you have made your selection, look for the option labeled "Add Another Service." Click on this button to select a second service of your choice.
If you wish to add more services, simply continue to repeat this process until all desired services are selected.

Retail Purchases
Are retail purchases final sale?
Yes. All retail purchases—both in-spa and through our online store are Final Sale with no refunds or returns. Exchanges or store credit are permitted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unworn, and have the original tags attached.
