SHIPPING POLICY

  • Order Processing

    Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed after 2 PM CST may be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, package weight, and delivery preference. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days once shipped. Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update with carrier scans.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages

    Spa Sway is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is lost in transit, we are happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and work with you on a replacement or store credit where applicable.

  • Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address cannot be refunded if returned or undeliverable.
