The device does the work that a traditional facial splits across multiple steps and multiple hands. Vortex-Fusion, sometimes called hydradermabrasion, uses suction and serums instead of crystals or manual pressure, so the treatment works on all skin types without irritation or recovery time.

The session runs 50 to 80 minutes depending on the tier you choose. Unlike microdermabrasion, which uses abrasive crystals to resurface the skin, a HydraFacial relies on vacuum extraction and hydrating serums, so there is no peeling or sensitivity afterward. Your esthetician adjusts the treatment to your skin during a consultation before anything begins.

Every HydraFacial here is performed by a licensed esthetician using an authentic, FDA-cleared HydraFacial device. Not every device on the market is. Counterfeit devices have entered the market over the past few years, and they do not deliver the same results or meet the same safety standard.

The session starts with a skin analysis, then moves through three steps. The hands-on portion takes roughly 30 to 50 minutes depending on your tier and add-ons, with the full appointment running 50 or 80 minutes.

Step 1: Cleanse and peel. A gentle chemical exfoliation with glycolic and salicylic acid loosens dead skin and surface debris without scrubbing or abrasion.

Step 2: Extract and hydrate. The Vortex-Fusion tip creates a vacuum that pulls congestion out of your pores while pushing hydrating serum in at the same time. This is the step that replaces manual extractions.

Step 3: Fuse and protect. The device delivers antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid into the skin to lock in moisture and seal the work the first two steps did.

Most clients book because something specific is not responding to what they do at home: clogged or congested pores, dullness, uneven texture, or dryness that moisturizer cannot reach. The treatment also improves the look of fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and dark spots. It works on all skin types, including sensitive skin, because the device controls the intensity rather than relying on manual pressure.

A HydraFacial uses a patented device to control every step, which means the depth and consistency of the treatment stay the same from session to session. A traditional facial is hands-on, fully manual, and your esthetician has more flexibility to adjust the approach mid-treatment.

Neither is better in every situation, though. A HydraFacial is a strong fit if you want visible results in one session with no downtime, especially before an event or as part of a monthly routine. A Signature Sway Facial is a better fit if you want a longer, more hands-on experience customized to your skin that day. You will see results the same day. Your skin looks clearer, feels hydrated, and has a visible glow within an hour of the session, with no redness, peeling, or recovery time. Monthly sessions build on each other, and most clients notice smoother texture and smaller-looking pores by the third or fourth appointment. The Signature runs about 50 minutes and the Ultimate about 80. Add-ons and boosters extend the time slightly.

Once a month for maintenance. If you are prepping for an event or working on a specific concern like congestion or dullness, your esthetician may suggest a shorter interval at first.

The immediate glow holds about five to seven days. Texture and tone improvements build with monthly sessions and typically become noticeable after the third treatment.
