Refund Policy
Our guidelines for refunds, rescheduling, and product returns.
General policy
- All sales are final. Spa treatments, service bookings, memberships, and packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Spa Sway.
Service Refunds
- Spa services are non-refundable.
Booking Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
- We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Any late cancellations or reschedules are subject to a 50% fee and any no shows are subject to 100% fee for the service.
Refunds on Gift Cards & Memberships
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Memberships, prepaid sessions, and promotional packages are final sale and may not be refunded once activated or purchased. Adjustments or exceptions may be made only at Spa Sway’s discretion.
Product Returns
Retail products may be eligible for return only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. All product returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase to be considered for refund or store credit. Opened or used products are not eligible.
Processing Times
Approved refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear depending on the customer’s banking institution. Online purchasing refunds, when granted, will be issued to the original payment method only.
